He has led organizations from inception to exit with both PE and VC capital funding and managed multiple integrations through M&A activity. Most recently, he led a fee-for-service to value-based-care transition for a national provider group resulting in the second most successful first year MSSP outcome.

Trained as a lawyer, Shonu served in leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, in academic medicine, and in growth stage and publicly traded companies, including multiple exits, acquisitions and integrations.
